We are having an issue with one of our lines when it goes to night call mode. There are 6 phone lines, and they should all be going to the after hours message after one ring. 5 lines do that but line 2 rings 5 times and then goes to the voice mail of one of the employees. They haven't reported this during the day which I would guess it would be a frequent issue since it is the first line that the main line rolls over to. Any ideas on where the problem may lie?
