Night Bell

I just reporgrammed the night bell option on one of our Merlins. I can now 0 out and make the bell ring, but I can only pick the call from the operator's console.

I programmed a ext pickup button on one phone to test and that works.

Is there a better way than programming a button on every phone? I think i'd like it to ring on an SA line, but I am not sure that's the best either.

Use a Pickup Key (*9) + the night bell extension, or use #9 + the night bell extension, and you should be able to get it from any phone. TipHelp@charter.net
