Well using VM Pro it would normally be a Hunt group Night service button that goes to the groups VM which has a menu in it, give us more info on system, handset and VM type and we can be more specific
I am using VMPro. I have hunt groups set up and a module in VMPro. I'm thinking my problem is this... I put a user in the extension list and that user is the same name as the module but I'm thinking I don't need to user and just name the hunt group the same as the module?

Yeah I can't help it my boss is too cheap to pay for support until I'm ready to put a gun to my head.
It was working then we "centralized" the system and now just the night services don't work and since I configured then a couple of years ago I don't recall the steps I did.

before you put the gun to your head, try your boss's head much better and he is probably easier to replace like my boss.

No worries, the brain started working and I realized the only issue I had was that the Voicemail Answer time was 45 and I wasn't patient enough to wait.
