I believe you have found the flaw in using nametag groups for this purpose.

Fine if RNA but not fine on Re-Route Always.

This is true with ACD groups as well. The only proven method I know for breaking the integration is by setting up an ACD group with interflow as described in the FAQs.

On a side note, it occurs to me that you have only been describing the problems that you have to YOUR solution.

In Analogy form, you might be trying to change the tire when all you need to do is reinflate..

Hi.

Okey. Maybe i missunderstand here now. I have tried a empty ACD Que also but the same result. quite tired now but i don´t understand this part

"On a side note, it occurs to me that you have only been describing the problems that you have to YOUR solution.

what do you mean?

Regards.

What do I mean by my analogy?

You are trying to find a way to "Break" the integration because the way you have set it up prior to that point requires you to break it to accomplish your goal.

What if the issue is actually with your setup and the integration does not need to be broken at all.

You are looking for a solution to a problem with your Setup.

Maybe start looking for a different setup?
