I have a customer with a MICS 7.1 8 CID analog lines and a Call Pilot 150/3.1 They have 3 separate company's. I set up 3 different greeting tables and 3 different CCR trees. All works well, here's my problem. They want a "night answer" but they also want to capture the CID. When I set night answer to the Auto Attendant, it answers at 0 rings, no time to capture the CID. Any thoughts appreciated.
