I am drawing a blank on this one. I have a customer that has NA set on manual, no problems with that. They take lunch at different times every day, so I set up "NA Lunch"
but I can's figure out how to tell it to go to a different company greeting when I press "lunch". I know it's got to be something simple I'm missing.
Thanks for the input.

Company greeting time schedules are programmed in the CallPilot.

Since the customer takes lunch at different times, you could record greeting 4 as the lunch greeting then turn it on and off by logging into operator status (F982) and changing the "business open" setting to no to make the CallPilot play greeting 4.
