Trying to use Auto Attendant profiles on IPO v8.1 BASIC

Have no issues for Day time. But when schedule comes to Afternoon or Night have dead air for few seconds and then calls goes straight to Operator VM.
Looked everywhere on the settings and couldn't find the issue.

Help is much appreciated.

P.S. I know that "puppet" mode isn't the best solution ))))

Do you need an afternoon and a night greeting? That can be done via time, but what I usually do is put a Night Service Button on extension 10. Then, when that button is activated it plays the greeting for "out of office hours" greeting which is recorded through 7851 for AA1. Remember to also check the box for "follow night service".

The idea is to use schedule and don't have user to press any buttons.

I have Morning Time 9am -5:59pm and Afternoon 6pm-8:59am
Should we still record "Out of Office Hours" Greeting?

Also it worked fine till Afternoon message was re-recorded.

You don't need to do that, you just need to make sure you have recorded your morning greeting 7811 and your afternoon greeting 7812. Make sure you have those profiles checked (and only those profiles checked) as being used. Under "Menu Prompt" you also have the option "each menu uses its own" or "use morning prompt for all"/etc. Make sure you have that set correctly. Under trunks, advanced set-up, make sure you have your lines set to "Always" for the schedule and not "Day" for some reason.

Hmm. Checked all setting recommended and all look correct (((
