Nickname List in Outlook 2003

Is there any way to extract/print this please?
It is stored in the .nk2 file under the users Application Data.

Do not know of a direct method. You can export to CSV file and in Excel open it and parse.

How do you do that please?
I found this that would do the job:

in OL select

File > import export > export to a file > excel > contacts > name the file

No need for 3rd party $ for software.

Contacts and the Nickname List aren't the same thing.

nickname is a field in the contacts book in OL.

No, this is the autocomplete list that is shown when you begin typing an email address manually.

I don't know of any way to directly use the outlook nickname cache.
