NiceUniverse Evaluator 8.7.1326

Hello,

We are having some issues with NICE Evaluator Version 8.7.1326 and Windows XP. We are just starting to roll out XP to all users and whenever a user trys to evaluate a call they receive a error stating 380:Invalid Property Value and you can not evaluate a call. All of our windows 2000 users are still ok so we know there is nothing wrong with the NICE system and this is a OS issue but have not idea where to start.

check with your nice support for the latest service packs.

does 8.7 nice run under XP? we have no issue with 8.9

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

hi,

8.7 is not supported on XP. the reason you are getting the message is a 0 is returned instead of a symbol under the interaction. You can remove this column as a work around.

In the interaction you normally get a monitor icon if screen recording or a speaker if voice recording this is replaced with 0
