after a major supervision ws hhd crash and reinstall everything media libray server is unable to print labels due to a connection error. I have a brother printer and the label editor which is comming with the printer works fine so the driver is ok. if I try to print manualy a label from media library window I get "connection error".
in the nice supervision window on the media library row there is an alarm message saying "Error: 1 printers out of one are not responding (2002)".
the printer setings in the nice administrator are "local" and com 1 port. do I miss something?
