NICE8.8 with SCCS 5.0

The problem is NICE informed us in July that they can run ON SCCS 5.0 with NICE CLS running on 8.8. Then earlier this month they said it may work but it would not be supported. This is a big problem since we need to cut over to SCCS 5.0 in February. Did you have to upgrade your NICE cls to 8.9 to work. Nice also mentioned they have customers out there running 8.8 with SCCS 5.0. I was just curious if anybody is and are they having any problems.
We are always having problems with NICE...........
The original install was with 8.9 for the server/apps etc and 8.8 sp4 web with sccs 4.5 we then went to sccs 5 after the "nice" install.
whether or not they are connected to sccs 5 who knows.... they don't seem to have any idea..
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
