I can monitor the agent, but when i go to the channel to monitor, the status displays MFAS,LOS,NOS..What can i do to fix this problem?
 
is it trunk side or extension side. los/nos usually means bad jumpering on extension. if trunk/service observation is it the only channel showing this status. when you make a call does activity show.
