Nice Universe and reports....

Hi all....

I'm having trouble with reports in Nice Universe...

I have the forms that have been designed and these are installed. I can see these forms when I do evaluations, but when I run reports I do not see all of the forms.

Am I missing something? Is there something to link the forms to reporting or should they appear?

We are using NICE Universe 8.8

Any help gratefully received as usual........[morning]

We tried that over the weekend, but it turns out that as we are running web and cls on the same server, it is causing the web not to work properly.

strange eh? nice installed the poxy thing this way, now they are telling us that's its not supported........

Yea, they have bought a new recording company and have engineers that are not up to speed yet with NICE, forget the name of the recording company that they bought. Very strange having the 2 on the one server, never heard of that one, any other server but the CLS, thats the heart of the system??

NICE bought that company 3 years ago and you'll find that the Racal engineers are some of the best out there. It's more than likely one of the channels that installed this incorrectly.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
 
I agree, the ex racal engineers are way better than the nice ones.

I've found that the racal engineers like to come to site and help out.

If you're dealing with nice direct and you're getting nowhere post an email and I'll give you the mail addr's of the cust support manager in the UK and cust support director in israel. An email to one of them will get it sorted.
