Nice Systems certifications - howto?

Hello tek-tips

after few years dealing with Nice Systems I am interested in certification.

I am mostly an installer, a little on support.

Anyone can share the experience?

NICE offers a certification class on the Perform system. The best way to get started would be to register on the education portal. There are other free learning opportunities there as well.

It is a really good class if you already have some exposure to the program.
