NICE SYSTEM PERFOM 3.2

hello

I have a problem with Nice sytem, the problem is I have recordings but when you make a query in the last 10 minutes everything is fine (agent name, CTI), but in monitor you can see that there is no CTI events, I cant see the activity in agents.

help with some idea

check the monitor service on application server. restart if needed

Thanks!!! I have CTI events in monitor, only one restart a services monitor in application Server and dmcc, tsapi in avaya AES
