Hi, the entry for this parameter is input in # of days. If it is set to 1 day are the calls deleted starting exactly at the 24 hr. mark? Does anyone know if it is hardcoded to UTC or GMT time. Customer is requesting to know exactly how it is configured in the software and the manuals I have do not go into enough detail.

Retention defines the minimum time a call must be kept on the archiving file system.
Retention is defines for each Storage Group
Retention definition does not apply to ESM devices

the time is based on what timezone the storage center server or storage center application server is running on
