Nice Site - Check it out

Hello:

I am a .NET developer that mostly uses VS.NET as my IDE for development, but I recently acquired Studio MX 2004 to create better looking GUIs. I ran across this Macromedia site which I thought was quite nice in its functionality and how easy it was to navigate.

It doesn't seem TOO hard, but then again, I'm not a Flash developer. I would like to know what resources (books, URLs) I should reference to create something similar to this.

It's actully pretty easy once you've got some training/practice in fmx.

Has tutorials for FMX 5, Action Script, FMX 2004, Photoshop, everything basicly.
