NICE SENTINEL - The voice recording correlation is <= than 80%

Hello.

I was having a clean Sentinel after installation, unfortunately this kind of alarm has been spamming mi inbox.

dont trust the self-help of Nice Sentinel, since this alarm has no help, or its not listed among Sentinel common alarms
the number is 2102

see this, any help will be appreciated.

I believe this is a warning that calls are not being deleted from your storage center when it reaches the 80/20 capacity threshold. In Sentinal if you drill down under metrics, component metrics, voice recording correlation you will be able to see the trigger for this.

I have been looking into changing mine since it is set to <=80% and the goal is to not have it get above 80%. However I am not comfortable enough yet with Sentinal to tweak some of these system settings.
