Nice running on Vista

Hello everyone, I´m new here. I would like to know if anyone knows a work around for my issue, I have Nice 8.90.04.03, running on XP on most of the pcs, but i have a couple of pcs that need to run on Vista, in this ones when we try to listen to any recording, we get "cannot locate file", the wizard for compability that cames with XP doesn´t find a solution, did anyone experince this and has any tip on how to work it out?

I know that Nice are still wortking on certifying nice on vista. anyway..

Is this through nice query or pbo when you recieve cannot locate file. the nldbapi.dll is reponsible for communicating and seraching for the call. Do you have storage cnter onsite?

are the calls you trying to replay on the logger or the storage center? I don't know vista at all but can you ensure that firewalls have been turned off on the vista machines and then check if same issue occurs.
