NICE Recording of Phones using Cisco IPT

Hello,
We have NICE perform 3.5 with Cisco IPT 8.X and UCCE 8.x.
we are currently recording calls with our Contact Centre and on the Cisco phone, it is triggered as "application invoked recording". that is all working correctly.
The problem we are having is that we can't record on a Cisco phone that is not contact centre.
What are the steps involved to get all calls recorded on a cisco phone (non contract centre).

i have looked at the documentation and have the sys admin manual, etc.
the issue i am having is that i can't find a doc or process to pull this all together.
We are VOIP and dynamically mapped.
Do i need to add the extensions in as a mapped channel in Perform?

 
yep, add the device then add it to source pool. i believe this is covered in docs if not, something your service provider or nice could show you.

I did call NICE and opened a ticket, but they said they could not help me as this was not a break/fix issue.

 
raise a case and ask them to pass to presales. they will then look at request and give you a price if its possible.
