Hi All,

Can you please help me below mention issue...

I have an NICE VoIP Logger 8.9 (Passive VoIP Recording).
?an it record Avaya Softphone & Avaya IP Agent?
Or I should use NICE VoIP Recording Agent to enabling the recording of softphones?

Now I have error E121702 :(

Need help ASAP.... Please.
 
Hi,

Are you using H323 drive? is you are using that u must add all the subnet whtat nice must sniff and record. and what version of FW are the hard phone using? you must have 2.8FW on the phones check if you are getting the snmp paquets.
