r2 sp4 with internet explorer 7 is supported be wary of below limitations though

NICE Perform Applications - Release 1 SP7, Release 2 SP4 and
Release 3 SP1 (Contact Center)
Issue 1
NICE Perform Web application should not be used in Internet Explorer 7 Tab or Quick Tab
modes. It must be operated in a Single Tab usage.
Issue 2
In the NICE Perform Applications, different windows appear in minimized mode.
The affected windows are as follows:
• For Release 1:
• Opening Coaching Package window.
• Playing Screen Interaction
• Coaching - Creating, opening and deleting.
• Creating clips.
• Clicking Evaluate.
• For Releases 2 and 3
• Coaching window appears normally. After the form is filled, click the Send button,
the coaching closes to minimized mode.
• Saving interactions.
• Sending interactions by email.
NOTE: This issue occurs when only .NET 1.1 and .NET 1.1 SP1 are installed on the
client workstation.

but in our case user desktop having microsoft .net 1 ,2 & 3
with HF.

There are several applications installed on client machine.

Is there any nice document which willhelp me to understand which all are .net versions and their HF needs to be installed on user machine...

Kindly suggest...

As a standard rule .NET 1.1 with SP1 and/or .NET 2
.NET 3.01

If you install either of these ensure to install NDP20-KB914460 or it's equivalent.

Typically you can tell if .NET is correct as when you run set security if the dos type window hangs then you know your .NET is wrong level (not sure fire but good initial indication).

NICE provide a document for workstation installation with a lot more detail on installation sequence and stuff, please consult with your local NICE provider for this document.
