I have a client workstation with XP PRo SP2.
Here is the problem:
An user can login to NICE. He can also play any recorded audio but the video window will not come up.
Usually he can play both audio and video...
Also from the same workstation you can play both a/v only
if you login as a different user. To fix that I have to delete user's profile. I was wondering if there are other ways to correct this problem ? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you !
