Nice perform 4.1 - update all users

Hi,

we have Nice Perform 4.1.

We would like to update all users with new email addresses.

Does anybody knows how to do it for all users but not one by one manualy?

Hi Dani3,

There is only one good way to do it. It's to update relevant table from database side.
Unfortunately vendor will not let you do that by your own and you will need to ask them to do that.

P.S. Do not try to re-import users as system will mark your current users as inactive and will create identical one but with new IDs and that will be a mess.

Hi,

we've tried via export/import but without success. Email addresses haven't changed for existing users. For new users went well.
