Nice perform 3.1 - trouble when installing nice client on win XP SP2

Hello to all

usually you dont get many issues when installing the nice client, just run the setsecurityapp.exe and later the codec and... done.

but this time i'm experiencing more difficulties than usual, when trying to run the setsecurityapp.exe i got the message "succesfully added" to full trust, but when i re-run the iexplore it forces me to run setsecurityapp.exe again and again.

other hints
I manually added the hostname and IP address to trusted sites at iexplore 8.0
hosts file is including all nice servers
.net framework is installed 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 (even 4.0)
when trying to reinstall / uninstall .net framework 3.5 it gaves me error.
nice servers are outside the domain, but nice clients are on domain

I'm trying to run the nice procedures for workstations, but might be someone here knows the trick.

In order for users to be able to access the Perform web page the following GPO setting must be set to disabled:

•Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the Add-on List
