Just curious if anyone has implemented NICE Perform 3.1 with a CS 1000E HA with SMG's. We are currently running multiply CS 1000M's and will be migrating all our IP users to a CS 1000E HA with SMGs at the remote sites. I have a couple of concerns with NICE.
1. How to move from a distributed to Centralized platform
2. Moving from a 4-digit to 7-digit dial plan
3. Moving from 4 Symposium Link 5.0 to 1 or 2 Control Toolkit (CC7).
4. Will the NICE infrastructure get consolidated
5. In CS 1000 R6 will I still need AST feature for monitoring keys.
6. How is total monitoring configured on the CS 1000E, what feature package/set is required to support active VoIP for Dual Media Stream.
