I have an NTR logger that developed a sudden problem with recording audio on an avaya active solution. Cm I believe is 6.x. AES also 6.x.
Symptom:
1. Calls are being merged creating distorted audio or not recorded at all.
2. Using multiple registration. Single step conference is not supported and Service observation method just doesn’t record many calls.
I suspect the service observation and multiple registration issues are related. Whereas under service observation when calls appear on same ports block recording Multiple registration just accepts the stream.
I have tried reading the targets, removing devices in aes, rebooting aes, logger, and cm with no fix so far.
Anyone with ideas why calls are being given conflicting ports allowing for calls to blend?
