Does anyone have any experience with the following?

Symptom:
1. Some calls dont get recorded.
2. Some calls record multiple calls in the same stream.
a. Agent A is on a call then Agent X suddenly is heard as well on the recorded call and both get recorded together until Agent A hangs up.
b. Because of the scenario in a issue 1 becomes apparent.
3. I have verified through wireshark that multiple calls are being sent to the same ports that record the VOIP audio.
a. Agent A starts on port 10002 @ 00:00 then Agent B is recorded as well on port 10002 but at time 00:30.
b. Agent B should have appeared on Port 10004 for example.

Current Analysis:
1. Still trying to determine if logger or CM is at fault.
2. Logger logs do not show issues with device registration other than asking for:
a. device registration permissions
b. device registration port assignment
c. logger then assigns a port to a free channel.
3. Note that this system was working properly before then suddenly failed to record properly after a certain date.
a. No system changes where performed on logger when it began to fail.
b. Customer reports no system changes of PBX environment on their end.
c. Rebuilding and replacement of logger does not resolve the issue.
4. Note that site is using Multiple Registration that actually allows me to record audio.
a. Was using Service Observation mode before but when problem began logger would not record audio randomly.
b. I suspect the cause to be related to the same port assignment issue. Under SO it seems to not allow another stream while MR doesn't care and just sends the audio anyway.
4. A bloody Flipping Mystery!

Customer Environemnt:
Avaya CM 6.2.x
AES 6.1.x
Cisco Active DMCC/CMAPI Recording (Dynamic Channel Assigment)
Multiple Registration
Avaya T3(?) has mentioned that there is no further patch path and must be updated to next version.

I'm hoping oh you masters of the Avaya DMCC AES environment may have seen this or something similar to this and have an answer.

Thanks for any help if you have it.
