NICE Monitor Status

Hi all,

Does anyone know what the status "STA" means within Monitor?

Those channels with status as "STA" are also marked red instead of black, I can hear calls in Monitor & via Query.

Is it anyhting to worry about?

it is to do with activity statistics and thresholds, i.e. ours i configured to alarm (go red)when someone (a recorded channel) has been on the phone for an hour....shouldnt be anything to worry about, just check how the output channels are configured under "activity statistics"

you can also disable the alarm.

there is a full explanation in the help files in NICE monitor if you type STA in a search

STA = Short term Alarm
LTA = Long Term Alarm

You can fiddle with the thresholds in monitor for these to better reflect your setup.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
