Nice Logger 8.9's USB1&USB2 problem

Dear all,
Why the Nice Logger is no response when I push a USB flash driver into USB1/USB2 port? Is it have any method to activate the USB1/USB2 ports?

hi,

need to check the bios to ensure usb is enabled.


Also in device manager ensure usb port is enabled.
