NICE LOG 8.9 AND AACC

We currently use Nice Call Recording version 8.9 with Nortel CCMS7. We're going to be upgrading to the Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.2 soon and as of yet our NICE vendor has been unable to confirm if the combination will work or not.

Anyone out there know one way or the other?

hi its not listed on the 8.9 idd ( this is the official nice document for all tested and certified avaya solutions)

on there latest 4.1 NIM offering it states on the IDD that all AACC versions require nice approval.

It may be that your vendor has sought a "commitment" from NICE to test against 8.9. bearing in mind 8.9 is now sunset by NICE i dont see them investing too much in 8.9 and may ask you to move to latest 4.1 platform if possible.
