NICE IP Phone Application ROD issue

Dear All,

I want to ask one question.As I installed the nice ip phone
application record on demand funtion,I meet a problem;
The Record On Demand on 96xx ip phones dosen't work,it display the messages as following,pls help;
"ROD operation failed! make sure there is an active call or the extension is well mapped or else.....
