Can someone help me with this, I'm currently using Nice Evaluator Version. 8.82.6
When trying to listen to a call I get an error "audio not found(2311)
 
Hi, it means the call can not be found on the loggers hard drive. Perhaps it's been archived to a tape or maybe a storage centre??
 
yes this has beeen archived off. You'll have to run query to locate the call and pull it back to the logger. then you can use evaluator.

This also affects web as well

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
If you do retrieve it, make sure it retrieves to the SAME logger it originated from. Evaluator performs a little differently to Query in the fact that it doesn't search all the loggers for the call - only the originating logger.
 
We have found that the effect of the feedback from a call evaluation is maximised if the agent can clearly remember the call, so you could argue that there is minimal value in evaluating a call that is so old that it has been archived (unless your calls are archived very quickly due to high call volumes/small disk capacity).

Interesting to note the different way evaluator works though.
