Can someone help me with this, I'm currently using Nice Evaluator Version. 8.82.6
When trying to listen to a call I get an error "audio not found(2311)
If you do retrieve it, make sure it retrieves to the SAME logger it originated from. Evaluator performs a little differently to Query in the fact that it doesn't search all the loggers for the call - only the originating logger.
We have found that the effect of the feedback from a call evaluation is maximised if the agent can clearly remember the call, so you could argue that there is minimal value in evaluating a call that is so old that it has been archived (unless your calls are archived very quickly due to high call volumes/small disk capacity).
Interesting to note the different way evaluator works though.
