NICE ENGAGE - Preview stops working

Hi guys !
Lets talk about Nice Engage Business Analyzer.
Please, Let me know if somebody already faced this issue:
I run a query and see the records. But when I click on a record, after a long delay I can see the details, but the tab "PREVIEW" shows nothing.
Does somebody know what can being happens ?
