NIce Cls sever memory full and AIC 7.1 auto restart

Hi All,

I need some help, I have a NiceCLS 8.9 with AIC 7.1 integration and a Nicelog system 8.8.My problem is the physical memory(2Gb) on the CLS server is always full after a few days and whenever this happen the application on the server stops function. Also I get some errors on the server event viewer saying "NICE INTEGRATION ERROR" some file are missing.

Check what is using all the memory in your task manager and will likely be SQL.

Are you getting virtual memory is low warnings on the server?

If both of these are correct fastest fix is to limit amount of memory SQL is using.

When I enable Data Execution Prevention(DEP) in windows XP machine for all programs, then ScreenAgent client version (8.80.06.11) is failing to load. If I am not enabling DEP option for all programs, then ScreenAgent starts successfully, but when the PC runs for 4 or 5 hours then user is getting system performance issues such system is becoming slow, corrupted screen images and loosing drive mappings. The only option for the user is to reboot the system. Not sure whether this is a ScreenAgent software problem or someother software issue. I disabled the DEP option in BIOS, but didn't make any change. Any help, I appreciate it.

What happens if you remove screenagent? Can you trial a workstation that is definately having the issue by removing screen agent for a day or two, try to rule it out.
