Nice CLS 8.87 with two TSAPI ??

HI,

I have in a local site a nicecls server with ACT1.3

can i connect it to second tsapi in remote site to monitor the remote and local agent with the same cls_server

it's possible!!?? need help

i may be wrong but afaik you need second cls server for that. however, both cls instances can use the same data base but this would require nice professional services implementation.

A CLS can do dual drivers but you will need to check with pre sales what drivers can be used together. If they are both TSAPI then I think it should be possible, a new column is created in the DB for site_id=1 and site_id=2 for the two switches connected.

It's a big upgrade and once PS are involved costs are huge ($2000 per day min of $5000). it may be cheaper and easier to buy another CLS.
