My first post. We are now using Nortel i2004 call center ip phones in one of our call centers. We are using Nice VOIP 8.9 and everything works fine. However, when we tried to swap in two 1150s to replace the i2004, we found that the Nice logger has not received any packets (duplicate media stream) from the phone sets. The 1150s are using the same ip, DN, positions IDs, and the phones have ICRA enabled.
Does anyone know whether anything else that I have missed configuring in order for the phone to be in duplicate mode?
Or does 1150 certified for Nice VOIP recording?
