NICE Call Recording - Stopped recording for 2 extensions

Hi all,

My problem as stated above is that I have to extensions which are no longer recording. I can monitor the extensions without a problem & the channels are set to record.

I'm presently stumped & may resort to rebooting the Nice server out of hours.

Any ideas?

 
Probably need more information here, are you recording by scheduler/Recording Planner/Total/ROD? Also what happens if you try to manually do an ROD recording on one of these extensions from monitor?

A reboot did the trick on this occassion.
