Nice Call Focus III

Hi, I've just installed a new Nice Call Foucs III, if I try to monitor or query through Logger's Toolbar it works perfectly, but if I try to monitor or query from another PC by LAN it's too noisy for both applications, monitor and query, can anybody help me, thanks!

Try replaying something else such as an mp3 music clip and see if it is the pc. Check you are using same version of apps. What do you mean by noise? Static or is the voice garbled?
