NICE API

Hello,

We are integrating Nice with our CRM. We want to send to the CRM the record start, record end and duration data, which appears in Nice_Perform. With the function GetOpenCall and accessing the XRecording structure we can take these data as long as the call is still active. The problem is that if the recording and call end at the same time, we have no way of accessing record end and duration data.

Is there another way to access these data?

you can use the call discovery web service to search/update the call record post recording.

It's been years since i worked on the nice api but it's now called "NICE Bridge" and includes all the playback, rod and update api's. The p/n is: PS-CU-NBRDG-NP3
