NICE/AES Server Issues

Can some one provide input on the following .....(if possible)

- NICE 3.1 and AES Server Version: r4-0-1-bld-51-0

- After every weekend......when the NICE CTI Server goes through its normal restart maintenance reboot............I need to restart the AES Server as well. (and it seems to be the same extensions/groups that are not active in NICE CTI Monitor )
- Capacity Issue ?
- Version Issue ?
- License Issue ?
