Hi guys, I hope you can help me with this..
I got an ISDN PRI trunk type that need to be mapped from Nice using the LucentTS driver. The recording method is Digital Matrix and the logger is Unsummed. The manuals refers to use the Logger Definition Tool putting the information as follow:
Recorded Device Type: Trunk
Trunk1: Trunk Number (e.g 39)
Timeslot: 1 (T1s: from 1-24, E1s from 1-30)
The point is when I tried to configure the LucentTS driver I didn't note any device mapping type as a trunk where we could let the Nice know that trunk is connected..
The driver is connected to the AES server correctly due to the extension that I mapped using this are showing activity...but I could not see any trunk event at all...
Any help please?
Really thanks in advance
Regards...Ricardo

there's a channel mapping or trunk mapping utility on the CLS
