Nice 8.9 logger not responding

Hello,

After our monthly reboot of the nice systems we are suddenly getting hit with errors during playback in nice evaluator and universe. It seems to be on random calls, but I can go back to the calls with the problem and they seem to produce the error every time.

Logger is not responding (2302) and or Screen Logger is not responding (2336)

Any thoughts on what may cause this? Nice supervision reports no issues.

We are currently on nice 8.9, running on windows server 2003. We are using Avaya AES. If more info is required please just ask, I could really use some fresh ideas on this.
 
are you using nice storage center? on the calls it will have a status column what does it show for problematic calls it should read ok

make sure you have the nice applications at very latest service pack.

if you save the call rather than play it what happens. are you using playback overlan or playback via extension.

on logger there is a tool called bugfind run that after you have the issue and see what event it shows.
