Nice 8.9: Change E1 from R2 to PRI

Good Afternoon. I have 26 E1 on my Nice System, and recently I migrate 6 E1 From R2 to PRI, Nevertheless, it´s appear problems like:

1. Recording with screnn and no voice
2. Recording that begin in the midle of conversation
3. Recording with no voice or screen

Exist some parameter that we could configurate in order to work with R2 or PRI?

Any suggest?

Sounds like your logger definition is incorrect where audio is recording with no sound or starting and stopping at incorrect places.

Have you put trunks back in in the same order? Have the Loop Id's/timeslot numbers changed at all?
