Hey guys,
I'm having an issue with NICE 4.1 Business Analyzer, specifically the ScreenForm in which captures the agents screen along with the audio. It will show in NICE that it captured both, however when accessing the call it doesn't pop-up along with the audio box. Other call centers are able to still utilize this, and pulling it for an agent outside of our office - it works. However, agents within the office will not display. Does anyone have any idea where to start? It doesn't seem like there is a storage issue.
