I have installed 2intel pro nics on my server, hot do i configure the 2 nics for load balacing and fault tolerance, is there a software that can manage the 2 nics for nic teaming.

You need to use the Intel Proset utility to team the adapters. It's usually available from the Dell file library for your tag number.

Basically just give each NIC an IP address for now to verify each NIC works fine, then install Proset which will create a virtual NIC (after they are teamed you only see the virtual NIC within MS Networking config). You get a few choices on how to team them and can break the team and verify the team is working via the Proset applet which is installed into Control Panel (and on your systray by default I think) when you install the utility.

thank you mr. nick
just a follow up question:
1. i tried to download it from dell but can't locate it,
where exactly can i download it and what version?
2. what do you mean by tag number?

1. I think the drivers are called 'advanced utilities' or something similar rather than Proset. What model server (or what is it's tag number) do you have I can try and find a link?

2. Dell on-line support is done by the tag number (service tag I think it's labelled as). On new servers it will be a 7 digit code, on older servers it will be a 5 digit code - basically Dell have a record of it's details and when you input to the website it will show downloads etc relevant to your server/PC.
