NIC speed

Hi Guys,
I have hme0 hme1 and qfe0 NIC cards attached to one of the server.
I want to know the speed of these?
I issued the command bellow:
ndd /dev/hme link_speed

and the output was
1

What dose this mean?
and also how do i check the speed of hme1 and qfe0?
