NIC Help w/IBM3655 server config?

I am planning to purchase an IBM3655 XServer for use with VMware VI3.
My question relates to the configuration of the gigabit nic cards required for me needs. I am hoping that those of you familiar with this model can shed some light on this?

It will connect to a dual path iSCSI SAN, also have a VLAN for Virtual Center mgmt and at least 2 nics for the gigabit LAN.

Based on the specifications I read and IBM's configuration guide I cannot get any clear answers on how/what I need to order.

Can anyone please advise on the capacities of this box and what adapters I need to order?
