NIC card that is bootable to RDP/Citrix

I was wondering if there was a NIC card that is bootable into an RDP session much like a thin client device? I am sure this NIC would need some sort of flashable ROM.

Most good nic cards will accept a ROM chip. You can also boot from a floppy and download the OS.
