Hi All,
having this trouble since a long time now and cannot seems to find the right solution.
we use RSA Hard Token Key to connect to one of our partners using the NGX R60 VPN-1 SecureClient, recently we shited the some of users to our branch locations and now when they try to connect through the leased line , it give them error "gateway not responding"
from the branch, we can now delete and redefine the site and get the certificate, everything works until you try to connect, and if i do a netstat -n from the machine i see that it's sending packet to a completely differenet IP Address on port 500 i.e IKE and stays at SYN_SENT status.
now i cannot understand how to make this work.
in the main branch there were all connectting through the internet by passing from the cisco pix 515E, and if i say that pix is not letting them connect then why do they even get the certificate and i can even traceroute or ping the destination server. any one please help
